Justin was very responsive and flexible. The report was extremely thorough and provided recommendations for correction. We received all reports within hours of the inspection. The photo taken were of good quality and clear. We are very thankful for his diligence in inspecting our new home.

Cody was an extremely thoughtful and thorough home inspector. My husband and I were purchasing a home from a distance, so we needed to have significant confidence in our inspector. All of his findings were clearly conveyed through a 77 page document that included detailed photographs and recommendations. Cody’s inspection report gave us an immense sense of confidence in purchasing our home. I would recommend him 100% of the time.

Russ provided great quality, he was very professional, responsive and I believe that the service was a great value. I appreciate all of his valuable information. I have already recommended him and my neighbor used his services as well. I will recommend them again as well. Thank you so much!!

Tom Walther helped inspect a home for us. We were first time home buyers and therefore did not know what to look for. Tom was outstanding and thorough. He spent several hours combing over the house and then gave us a summary as well as an opportunity to answer questions. He walked through the house to show us some of the problem areas which had not been apparent to us. He was extremely knowledgeable and affable. He produced an extensive report same day that included photos, video, and commentary. The house had been inspected three other times per the sellers without any major issues found, but Tom found several that were verified by structural engineers and other specialists. He really went above and beyond- highly recommended!

Questions & Answers

Will inspectors evaluate a non-contract and very expensive repair (over $25,000) made on my home?

Thanks for your message. We only do whole home inspections at this point (i e. not individual components). We would be able to evaluate it as part of a whole home inspection, but not separately. Also, please note that home inspectors are limited by state law to inspecting things that are visually accessible. Anything that required inspection of components that were hidden (covered by drywall for example) would be best reviewed by a contractor that could do more invasive testing than a home inspector would be allowed to do.
