Yes as rice does, it swells in their stomach. Birds have no release of gas. The yeast in the bread makes gas the birds can't express it. Gas kills them in a very painful way. Seed is what they can tolerate or soda crackers not bread or rice

Lots of people with families out at the park watching soccer on the weekends. My church goes out to feed and minister to those in need. It is a mix of people. Just watch your children. This is LA.
