Closed down before posted closing time. Several minutes before closing they wouldn’t let me in. I needed one item. Girl said “sorry we just closed” and wouldn’t open the door even though I could see a few other people in the store.

I really enjoy shopping at Harbor Freight. Great deals! Quality for the cheaper stuff is kind of you get what you pay for but it definitely does the job. Returns are easy and smooth if you have an issue with something. Staff at this location has always been kind and courteous. The store is a little difficult to navigate and they have a lot of things kind of scattered around that are on sale or who knows haha great store.

They do. Sometimes they run out of stock. I'd just call ahead to check if they have any in stock. 👍
Limited number of customers allowed in store. Mask required. Clean store, helpful staff, clean restrooms and handicap acceptable, low prices for great quality tools, products etc. I really like going to this store when I am not always able to go to The Home Depot, or Lowes, etc. For higher-priced items. Really recommend going here first, then reach out to other stores if you have to.
They have a 90 day return policy in which you can utilize paper or digital receipts to return items with an I.D. PS: If the price of an item is raised, then you'll have to pay the difference. If it drops, they'll pay you the difference.
