We were denied fuel because the old men at this station can’t go fast enough to fill. Then the lines back up and we got caught behind more people on two occasions. They no longer reach around the vehicle to pump gas (why, is beyond me) and then wouldn’t allow us to pull up to a pump that was unusable the other way while an agricultural lawn mower filled his 10 gas cans and blocked off access to the pump we attempted to use but had to back in. These “rules” are arbitrary and need to be changed. We have lived in the state of Oregon all our lives and never experienced such unkindness, all while our two babies are in the car trying to stay cool while we had to have the AC turned off. This isn’t an issue with enforcing the rules, but how the managers acted whilst enforcing. No kindness or understanding or help meanwhile we were stuck twice trying to get gas on the correct side of our pump and having no room to pull behind a vehicle. Managers need to be able to offer solutions for customers but instead they were rude when and couldn’t even offer a solution. Also there’s less than half as many pumps for right sided gas tanks, so there is an automatic disadvantage for folks who happen to have a car that doesn’t pump on the left side. The “rule” is arbitrary as we were told it’s so as not to hold up a lane when the lane was unusable otherwise due to a giant hauler blocking TWO pumps to fill their gas tanks. The behavior from the two older men, one manager, was absolutely unacceptable. I’ve managed my entire career and wouldn’t fathom treating customers so disrespectfully. The problem escalated because of their response and inability to help provide a real solution or even kind redirection.

Showed up just a little after open so I would have understood if they weren’t ready yet but I’m reality there’s was no one even there. Kinda sucked as I only had fumes in the tank and have been coming here the last few months just because they open as early as the do. Had to go to the arco up the street and pay 20 cents more a gallon.

Never open on time. It's an hour after opening (5am on the store page) and they are still yet to open. If they are open roughly half of the pumps are always down due to one reason or another. Used to be great but has gone downhill quickly

Friendly staff and I love using my points! If you get gas, they will let use the air machine. Also just be friendly to people! The workers here work in heat and cold conditions!

Everyday they accept cash, credit, debit and major giftcards, I know cause I just used a Visa Giftcard to purchase gas day before yesterday.. Also make sure to run your gift card inside, if you run it at the pump, it can hold a deposit up to $150 for up to 10 days until the payment has posted/clears.. it happened to me!!
I believe that there is a gallon limit to what you can use points on at one time. I don’t remember the exact amount, I would suggest calling their customer service line.
He should talk to a person before just cut off the gas !no way to work with the public by being a jerk!
