I had called Monday to see if they would be able to get my pup in fast as he had a pretty bad ear infection, the staff I talked to on the phone was very professional and helpful with all my questions and was able to provide me with an appointment that Wednesday. When I showed up 15 minutes early to my appointed time they promptly took him in and had everything ready. My dog Courage is a big dog but a very loving one and the staff was all very polite to him and myself. All in all it was a very positive experience for Courage and myself. I would recommend them any day and hope that they understand I am extremely appreciative of what they did and how fast they did it. Thank you all!

Size doesn't matter, vaccine cost is the same for big or small. You can call and request a treatment plan and yes they will give you the tag and certificate before you leave. You'll still have to license with the county through NHS
They offer Scratch Pay, which is a loan you can get if you qualify. That way you can get your pet what they need and make prepayments to the Scratch Pay company.
