Like any dealership you more money than going to "JOE BLOW" Down the street but you also have peace of mind and guarantee that your vehicle will be fixed properly. They have a drive up that you can speak with someone, get an estimate, and make an appointment. You can also leave your car key in a drop box after hours and they will call you. Sorry not much help for your situation. I wish you luck.....
