The doctor i have is wonderful. But some of the females that work there like to test tempers. I had one today short chunky smart mouth thinking she was gonna tell me what to do. Her attitude stunk. Im heavily burnt on my face there issue was i didnt put a mask on my burned face why because it hurt and thats where they made a mountain out of a mole hill.

I take my kids here since they were little. Overall I like it , might be because of COVID but they literally had me on hold for an hour …. Like come on😟 I understand they might be busy , even tho every time I go front desk is not busy at all but again might be just my bad luck and I call during busy hours … still on the phone and no answer…. They also give you an option to leave your phone number for a “call back” but THEY NEVER CALL BACK!!!!! 😩

I showed up early to my appointment. They were able to get me in early. The dr was super nice, and I left when my appointment w s actually supposed to start

When you want to make an appointment, you need to wait at least 20 mins, at least. This is busy place so you need to have patience. Staffs are very friendly, and next to the place, they have a pharmacy so you can grab a medicine easily. Once you become their patients, they take care of you like family. My kids love to go there because they have doll house, car race desk, and drawing stuff. Awesome!

Hello there. We were not alerted to our phones being down. Please contact us again today to follow up. Thank you

Why is it that your staff can be waiting on a patient thay is not Hispanic and your staff drops what they are doing to serve a Hispanic patient that just walked in the door. Shouldn't you finish waiting on the person who was there first

No they are not dedicated to treating everyone the same. Maybe they are supposed too, but that's not what they do if you are not standing over their shoulder to ensure that they do!!!!
