This was easily the best car-buying experience I've ever had. To say my wife and I are grateful is an understatement. Zero pressure, zero added mark-up, even during these times of extra high-demand. We assumed we would need to compromise on our ideal trim and color, but they weren't having it. They found our perfect car 175 miles away and promptly sent a driver to get it for us and didn't charge us anything extra for that. I have previously dreaded the process, but not any longer, thanks to Royal Moore Subaru. The whole sales team was fun, energetic, and friendly. We had questions asked by almost everyone there at one point or another; totally willing to help us even when they weren't the one making the sale. Our salesperson, Mo, was instantly likable and willing to help us any way possible, whether we bought our car there or not. I guess this is how you always wish it could be, but I had never experienced anything like that. My wife loves her new Outback more than any car she has ever owned, and I'm super thankful for its safety features and great gas mileage.

CJ was amazing. I initially contacted CJ when I had heard my previous Subaru may be totaled. I indicated what I wanted, what price I wanted to pay, and when I needed a vehicle. The Subaru guys worked with me to get financing and drive away with a new to me ride in no time. When I arrived at Royal Moore Subaru, most of the paperwork was already done! I just had to test drive and sign. EXTRA BONUS POINTS: I had set my mind on a 2018 Forester. High miles, but in my price range. CJ had me look at a 2015 - a little older, a little more expensive, but low miles! I test drove both, and the 2015 was better. If not for CJ's thinking out of the box, I would not have walked away with such an amazing ride. My dogs approve.

In the service dept, pretty typical stuff. Masks required, plexiglass partitions at the counters, fair amount of hand washing, sanitizer is available, distances kept.
