We bought a new ST Explorer from Jacob, he was great to deal with. Kudos to the whole team there, they stayed after closing so we didn't have to come back the next day (we live over an hour away). Best part, no pressure, no games and no tricks. We were able to get the deal we wanted and would definitely go back again.

Unfortunately I had a terrible experience with Tonkin Ford over the last month and a half. Originally I brought my truck in for servicing, warranty work and an oil change. I had to bring my truck in on three or four separate occasions because they couldn’t figure out what was going on. On the second occasion I decided that I would go ahead and have them do an oil change since they were going to have my truck for a couple days anyway. After being told my truck was ready to pick up I went to ford and immediately noticed black fingerprints all over the hood of my white truck. I was not very happy. The third time I brought my truck in I was told it would be ready in a few days and then I was going to get a rental vehicle to use in the meantime, I was given a rental and I was very grateful for it but it took them a week to get my truck back to me and only one of the problems was resolved. After picking my truck up it still has a stutter and they don’t know what’s wrong with it. Also dealing with the service coordinator may have been easier if she was a nice human. Every time I called to check on the status of my truck she was very short with her answers and almost rude trying to get me off the phone. At one point I wondered if she even knew if the work is been done on my truck the transparency is awful here. I was told that the seat covers on my truck were going to be fixed due to wearing and defective leather, come to find out they only replaced the tops of the seats and left the weathered lowers. This is going to look great as the truck ages brand new leather on top old weathered leather on the seats and yet again black grease fingerprints on the hood! You just don’t expect this kind of service from Ford and I’ve never been treated like this in my life especially when buying a $55,000 truck you kind of expect another level of excellence I did not get that here I am going to take this as a life lesson and find a new Ford dealership to go to . I am absolutely not happy with the service that I received and even texted them back when I was asked if I was happy. Save your time and money and go elsewhere!

Great service center. They communicate through the entire process until service is finished. The also do a walk through before starting any work to ensure all parties agree on what is being fixed or looked at. I very much appreciate that. I am also thankful that the team does not try to upsale you on your service. They will talk through the difference of what is recommended and what is required for your fix/service. You don't get that at other non-Ford dealerships. Awesome work Ford Team!

Jacob Lacatus was phenomenal! He made it super easy for me to factory order the vehicle I wanted. He was very patient and knowledgeable about the different options available on the model I was considering. Then, it was a waiting game to see when Ford would start the build of my new vehicle. No movement had occurred but a new vehicle arrived on the lot and Jacob called me immediately to see if it was something I wanted to look at. Not only did he remember what my build was, but he also took the time to reach out to me so that I had a chance to get my new vehicle sooner rather than later. Once I arrived at the dealership, it was smooth sailing from that point forward. Everyone I dealt with at the dealership was efficient and kind and took the time to explain and answer all of my questions. I will definitely be back in 10 or so years when I want my next new vehicle!

We are getting a very small allocation of 7 this year. They were all preordered through Ford’s reservation system. We are hoping 2023 that inventory will open up.
