I came to this location and ordered a three pieces grilled chicken but instead I was given a three pieces original chicken!!!! I am very disappointed because I really really wanted the grilled chicken(i was craving to have a grilled chicken).

Things of such do happen alot not this location or restaurant alone, I was once of victim of it at burger king,they might. misheard your request.You can let them know on your next visit,they might compensate you for that mistake.

That KFC is a franchise ownership if you can find out the name of the owner of the store and file a complaint about their employees and if that doesn't work contact the main corporate office

I do not recommend this KFC location . They are very unprofessional and almost always get your order wrong . The last straw with me was I waited over an hour for My food because they kept giving my order to people who had a smaller order than mine and they were not cooking enough food because they stated they do not want it to bad because they have a time frame for the food to be out . It was only 1 female who stepped in and helped with the Complaining Customers and our food order . The KFC on Central Avenue is soooooo much BETTER and friendly and PROFESSIONAL .
