They are always out of chicken not to mention they close whenever they want to. They definitely need better management.

It's not a pleasant experience, had to wait 15 to 20 minutes for dark meat. Also waiting @ a drive through. The employee were curious and pleasant. The policies need to be addressed to have a more efficient effective business. KFC revisit you post covid 19 protocols.

I came to this location and ordered a three pieces grilled chicken but instead I was given a three pieces original chicken!!!! I am very disappointed because I really really wanted the grilled chicken(i was craving to have a grilled chicken).

Things of such do happen alot not this location or restaurant alone, I was once of victim of it at burger king,they might. misheard your request.You can let them know on your next visit,they might compensate you for that mistake.

Why doesn't your location ever have pot pies ready to serve? Every time i go there i'm told it will be 20 minutes to get a pot pie. My lunch break isn't long enough to wait 20 minutes for a pot pie at a FAST food restaurant. FAST food, get it? ;)

Why I did not get my cole slaw. If my diabetes had not kicked in I would be back there.very disappointed in kfc.
