Brought the truck in for a overhaul took 5 months to complete after spending 35000 they informed me I only have a 90 day warranty on workmanship (Freightliner dealer) wow and then they said I have a bad alt then they tried to charge me a extra 1000 for that (the part cost 170.00 only took 15 min to install) and then they tried to tell me the turbo speed sensor is bad that the alt was making it bad . Come on I told them I worked on trucks for 20 years and the only reason I let them rebuild it is for the warranty paperwork and for the resale value this place was a complete joke drivers/company’s and anyone with a truck beware because after you deal with them you will fully understand why I wrote this review and to add there is also a oil leak when it was all done but I’m so done with this place I’m just going to fix it myself and keep it pushing don’t ever want to deal with this dealer for the rest of my entire life

This place is full of scammers. Brought the truck in for ABS issues. They ran diagnostics and said they couldn't find anything and need more time to find out the problem. Then they tell us they couldn't find anything. We go to pickup the truck and as soon as we start all the issues were still there. We talk to service dept and they didn't have an answer for us. When asked for a manager in service dept, was told he is not available at this time. They asked to leave the truck and they will check it. A few days later, they tell us it needs Sam chasis module and they also charged diagnostics again. We had them change it. Spent about 5000 here. As soon as we left the dealership the issue came back with all the codes too. This place is full of scammers. Please take your trucks to Hagerstown or Baltimore. Had a few issues in past where they couldn't find the issue and charged extra hours for diag. But as soon as we took the truck to baltimore, they were able to pin point the issue right away. Someone needs to sue them.

The customers service is very poor they put you on hold for every and they all have an attitude and they talk very little. Not recommending this to any truckers.

On 7/22/22 I spent $1,234.69 on parts with Tamica a part's sales person. Dryer $651.32, Brake Air Compressor $503.37, Governor $80.00. On 8/23/22 the part's failed and it cost me $1,642.00 for repairs plus the tow fee. "STAY AWAY FROM THE PART'S DEPARTMENT ". I called and explained and got NO SOLUTION!!
