Yes. Unlike bigger campgrounds, there's a kiosk to the right as you enter the park. We didn't realize that's where to pay for an extra vehicle until the Ranger came by to check us in.
There's a little station as you come in the park. You fill out a card, put your money in the envelope. There's a stub,with number that you tear off and you put it in your car window.
I think you pay as you go in if I remember correctly.
