Yes the campgrounds are open. Stayed there for a couple weeks last month. You'll have to enter from the east end of the Old Hwy. Have your reservation ready on your phone or printed out. There will be someone on the road before the park checking for reservations before allowing you past the road block
I'd call them first! To make sure your spot is ok to camp in, you'll have to problem call the reservation line! Good luck!
