They are busy with a move and constant customers. They are a good store I would suggest just popping in or trying again.
Its always important to give good customer service to folks that took the drive to get there. When people have money in their pockets they're ready to part with they're gonna give it to someone. The phone is important cause it could be a potential paying customer. If you don't give the customer service while they're there then you probably won't get it. They've answered the phone 70% of the time I've called but I've been there, have given them good $ and I know they get super full too. It's nothing personal, I feel they do their best. Kevin is correct. Sometimes there is a line at the door just to get in. Hopefully the new location helps.
I can attest to their speed in responding via FB messenger; one time I sent them a message at 10PM and Dan the owner responded at 1030-1130PM!
"Popping in" would defeat the purpose of calling ahead....
