NW Legacy and Jakob Seegmuller were wonderful to work for my estate planning. He presented the options to meet my needs, clearly explained the pros and cons of each. He was able to make an unexpected and significant last minute change before signing. Navigating the estate planning can be challenging, but NW legacy and Jakob gave me confidence that I am leaving my loved ones in good place. Highly recommend.

We contacted NW Law for advice on handling of a family member's estate and to also start planning our own estate. Thomas was so patient in understanding our current situation and concerns. The process he walked us through to plan our own estate was easy to follow, easy to adjust to our desires and made an overall intimidating activity smooth. Definitely recommend this firm to anyone in need of estate services!

How do I cancel a power of attorney?

Hi Sandi- This will depend in part on the way the power of attorney was created. In cancelling it, you will also want to consider the objective, which could include having no power of attorney or have a different agent named to act under the power of attorney. I recommend consulting with someone who is able to identify objective, facts of situation, and come up with a game plan. Thomas @ NW Legacy Law Note this is not legal advice and does not create an attorney-client relationship. And, the advice may be worth what you paid for it.
