I took my dog to get groomed, when I went to pick her up, I noticed that her left eye was bulging. I asked the groomer what happened and the answer was that they didn’t know. My dog’s eyes were perfectly fine when I dropped her. The grooming manager took us to the vet located in the store, Banfield veterinary. The vet said that it was a prolapse and not a result of an injury, she said that it was “a coincidence that my dog’s eye prolapsed while getting groomed”. She also said that the prolapse (cherry eye) was a permanent Condition requiring surgery to fix it. I didn’t believe her argument of a coincidence and took my dog to a different vet. The next day her eye was back to normal, the bulging eye had disappeared. The second opinion vet said that it was the result of an injury during grooming and not an spontaneous prolapse. Today the store manager called me and she said that she spoke to her staff and they told her that my dog arrived with the prolapsed eye, of course they had no documentation of it because they lied. BE WARE OF THIS STORE GROOMERS THEY WILL INJURE YOUR PET AND LIE ABOUT IT !! The vet from Banfield made up the “coincidence” story to cover the store’s rear end. Totally unethical !! I have taken my dog to banfield veterinary and pet smart grooming for 5 years. I will never go back. Not only they injured my dog and lied about it but also tried to make me look like the liar. It was an infuriating experience. PETSMART WILL WASH THEIR HANDS WHEN THEY INJURE YOUR PET AND LIE IF NECESSARY !!

Most incompetent and rude store manager. We called Chris because we are in desperate need of dog crates for our pet transport. We are searching everywhere and needed to know if they have 2 crates available. CHRIS refused to do a inventory check despite us being 1.5 hours away. Instead of checking he was extremely rude and condescending and reused to provide any form of solution or customer service. This is a bad look on petsmart. Every time I try to give petsmart another try their employees are extremely disappointing.

Much better stock of reptile and amphibian decorations and food than last year. Thankfully it looks like I don't have to worry about finding frozen mice for my snake anymore, and I really like the brand that PetSmart carries.

My little boy had to go to heaven on Sunday march 20. They were so compassionate. Shelby was with them for 13 years. Thank you BAnfield ❤️🐾🐕🦺😘💕
