What does it take to get your lost dogback? I was looking through dog pics and I see my dog? Does it cost?

I called them let them know that my dog had gotten lost and they wanted to charge me. I told them I didn't ask for my dog to run off and that I couldn't afford that money and they waived it. They will neuter or spade the animal for free and they'll "optionally" microchip it for you but it won't cost you anything.

Call and talk to them. They are understanding
