used to shop here until I just received two unauthentic boards. Upon realizing this I immediately called and was told that they would try to figure it out. I got an email and a board was overnighted to me as a replacement.COOL RT? NO!!! Upon receiving the replacement I realized tactics failed a second time to assert that the replacement I was getting was correct. I was then told to pick a different board out even though they are still selling these decks through their website which seem to be either b grade or unauthentic. After realizing at this point I will not have a deck for my son to ride this weekend I just had to go out of pocket to a local skate shop which is what I should have done in the first place but he wanted this specific board. It is memorial Day weekend and I ordered this well in advance and it is unfortunate that this has happened. I now have had to buy two separate boxes and tape and take two trips to have these boards sent back. This is a real bummer. On top of this I am also being told that I am not going to be receiving my new boards until they get the shipment of the second board that they sent me that was unauthentic. Tactics is supposed to have policies to uphold its integrity and I'm questioning the integrity of this company. They authenticity policy as well as the satisfaction policy have not been met in my eyes and you could view these policies on their website. The best that they could do is tell me that they are going to give me 20% off and send me the board when they see the returns of hit their warehouse.Until then they are holding the 3rd board hostage, this is so lame. I really think it is an insult at this point to pretty much offer me $10 back for all of my trouble. Been over all unsatisfactory experience. Did not felt like the staff listened or really took care in fixing the problem. They are just making more issues . this is way too much work on my end for such a simple product. SUPPORT YOUR SMALL LOCAL SHOPS. Reader beware This was partially my error in judgment thinking humans could handle simple tasks while being kind and paying attention to simple details.

MikieRay you can find every Cruiser to your heart's content tactics us the third biggest skate shop in the world. Look on the internet first two because sometimes they have to bring it over but just go and you'll find the dopest stuff.
Ribably the child skateboard, but i don't think they have or know that much about the electric board.
