Yes, Greenhill has cats for adoption, they don't put a time-limit on how long they are there.

Yes, but a shelter still traumatizes animals so hopefully your not dropping a cat off there.

Yes, they have cats, dogs, and other animals. They provide medical and behavioral care, and have veterinarians on staff.
