EDIT: They now stay open until 11:30. Their staff is all new besides management surely, it takes time to train the staff to close effecitently and timely so I'm sure they need time at the end of the night to do closing duties and learn. If they stayed open later the closing shift may get out so late that their wouldn't be buses to take them home etc..
