Giving 1 star, because it won't allow zero. I ordered online for lunch on a Friday. This restaurant does not staff properly for peak times. I arrived at the restaurant to pick up, at the time indicated by the online system. When I inquired about my order, I was told it would be an additional 20 minutes. There was one person serving and cashing out the dining room, full of patrons. He also had to manage the cash register at the front, take new orders, and dole out carryout orders. A person was running back and forth to the kitchen, in order to put together carryout orders. The logical and smart thing to do, would be to place the tickets on the counter, in the order they are received. Instead, this person was haphazardly placing the tickets on the counter. Since this person did not put the tickets in chronological order, he had to look at the tickets repeatedly, in order to figure out which order the food belonged to. I saw, what appeared to be my order, on the counter, so I checked. My hot food that was getting cold, because the person working could not read the ticket, to see that my order was only waiting for a drink. I will not be going back.

Ok dining experience for a quick lunch. Tasty chicken but not the best quality. The rice was dry and may have been sitting for awhile. Will try again.

Korean chicken is usually on point. But not at this location. And I would know because I have had a lot of Korean chicken in my life (as I am both a Korean and a chicken lover). First of all, the chicken was not good. Also, the sauce was put on very sparsely. The meat itself was a good part, but the batter used was not that great. And the dish did not seem very visually appealing upon first glance. However, it was not the food that threw my partner and I off - rather, it was the service of the staff. Or rather, I should say the LACK of service we received. We were the only seated table in the restaurant when we dined in. However, nobody came to check up on our table throughout our dining experience, not even once. Also, when I asked for the complimentary radish that is supposed to come with our chicken (because they forgot to give us some), the male server simply just left it on our table and left, without saying a single word. The female server came to our table once during our experience, but it was not to check on our table - it was to bring us our bill when 1. we had not asked for it and 2. we were still in the process of finishing up our food. I don't know who trains the servers who work here, but they were absolutely terrible. I would not recommend this place if you are considering going here.

Great place if you want to have some Korean styled wings. Their spicy wings were the best along with the Korean beer. The food was good and highly recommend this place.
