Wonderful service! Laundry comes perfectly folded. Unless you want to iron your clothes which I mostly don't need to do, they are definitely ready to place in your closet right away. The drivers are always friendly. Very reasonable price for such a great service. Highly recommend!

Bolt Laundry exists only online and subcontracts out all their orders, which is not stated on their website. Their publicly-listed business address on the Better Business Bureau is a public library in Virginia (seriously, look it up) and the address on this Google listing is an apartment building in Seattle (not even a specific apartment to indicate a business owner, just the entire building). That alone should be enough of a red flag for you to avoid my mistake and NEVER use Bolt. I have called their company's only listed phone number over a dozen times the past week and had somebody pick up just once. I have never received a response to any emails sent to them. The only other time I was ever able to be in contact with the company was when my delivery driver (who is just subcontracted by Bolt) called me three hours after the scheduled pick up time to ask me if he could pick up my clothes later that day, eight hours after the pickup time I originally scheduled. I originally scheduled a pickup for a Monday at 7am, expecting my laundry returned the next morning as is advertised. Instead, I ended up paying over $110 to have my three loads returned 48 hours after it was picked up. That's right, even their advertised next-day delivery is a false statement. With the terrible service I received and the ludicrous pricing ($118, astronomically higher than what their website would lead you to believe), I implore anyone who reads this to not use this company. I'm dumbfounded this page has 4.2 stars as of writing as in my opinion it falls just short of a scam. Open to hear what Bolt Laundry Service has to say about any of the above. EDIT: This is how much I ended up paying Bolt, so others can decide if it's worth it (not including taxes and driver tip) $59.70- fee for three loads $48.38- fee for laundry being over weight

This is my second time getting my laundry done and I absolutely love it. The first time Marcie the driver picked up my laundry and had it back to me that evening. This time my laundry got picked up last night and I got back at 7am this morning. This service makes my crazy life a little easier for me. I want to thank Marcie and her husband from bottom of my heart you two are amazing and I appreciate you both very much. You two are such sweet professional and amazing people. While we are known for our high quality care, mistakes can happen. If we lose or damage an article please notify customer service within 48 hours of the laundry being returned to you. Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for laundry that is lost or damaged by the weather after it’s dropped off at your home. Please review the terms and conditions for more details.
Yes, but please keep in mind that since we have a next day turnaround time, some clothes will be returned damp.
Simple. Just log in to your account and update your Laundry Preferences adding a note in the “Laundry Instructions” or “Folding Instructions” field. Our employees check your personal laundry profile for any changes every time they process your laundry.
No. We wash and dry our customers’ laundry individually in separate machines.
Absolutely! You have full control over how your laundry is done. Choose the water temperature, the type of detergent, and whether you like fabric softener or not. You can also tell us how you want your clothes dried and folded.
We recommend that your pickup/drop-off location be protected from the elements if possible. Most customers have us leave their laundry on a front or back porch, in a garage or with their building manager. We also use common sense and watch the weather. If a hurricane or blizzard is coming, we’ll contact you and make alternate plans.
You can expect your laundry to be returned the very next day after we pick it up. Dry cleaning is now a 2 - 3 day turnaround.
When the weather’s bad we double-bag your laundry to make sure it’s protected from the elements. We always do our best to protect your laundry however, we cannot be responsible for laundry that is lost or damaged by the weather after it’s dropped off at your home. Absolutely. Many of our customers have Bolt Laundry pickup and deliver to their workplace. Just specify in your laundry preferences the pickup and delivery details.

That depends on your neighborhood. We make every effort to build our routes to make sure you have a consistent and convenient pickup/drop-off time. Our pickup windows are 7am -10am, 10am - 12pm, and 12pm - 2pm.
Yes we do sell laundry bags. Our laundry bag are built of 100% nylon and holds up to four loads of laundry (appx. 40 lbs).
No problem. Just leave the laundry somewhere we can access it and then log into your account and edit your Pickup/Delivery Instructions. Many customers have us leave their laundry at their back door or in a foyer if they are not home. Whenever possible, please select a drop-off site that’s protected from the elements.
None whatsoever. You can cancel or suspend your account at any time.
The minimum order is 15 lbs for wash and fold. There is a minimum charge of $35.00 for Dry Clean ONLY orders.
There are no pickup or delivery fees.
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express cards.
Pricing couldn’t be easier. Regular weekly customers are charged $1.85 per pound and “by request” customers are charged $1.90 per pound. Dry cleaning and large bedding items are priced by the piece. We bill your credit or debit card directly. We will email you a detailed invoice each time your card is billed. You can also receive invoice totals by text.
