Oak Electric replaced our heating furnace system for the first floor. Maureen from Service Support was excellent in providing prompt answers to my questions and scheduling. Brandon and another technician did excellent job in replacing the furnace system. They were very prompt and professional. Brandon was so knowledgeable. We are very pleased with their work. It was a great experience working with Oak Electric through Costco.

This was our first experience with Oak Electric. The company was the contracted vendor with Costco, where we (husband and I) purchased a new furnace. First, the interaction with the Oak Electric office personnel has been outstanding! Second, the delivery and installation of the new furnace was perfect in every way. We can't praise the lead/supervisor tech, Brandon Frasure, and his colleague, Andy, enough! Brandon gave additional information, advice, and instructions regarding the new unit and ongoing maintenance that we've never received from other companies over the years -- very impressive! Update: after spending $3600 on a new humidifier and furnace this winter, My AC unit was suddenly not working this summer. It worked before the furnace change and the blowers still engaged after. It was the outside unit not turning on. They wanted to charge $190 to come out to tell me what it needs. My concern was if it was their fault, did I still have to pay, but how could I prove it. I found another company for half the price. They opened front panel on furness and connected a couple of wires coming from the AC unit, so it looks like it was installer error. I would like a refund for the money I spent having this fixed. Make sure you AC works before they leave.
