Cannot get anything done on the boat I bought there. Would NOT recommend.

Don't bother filling out their online request for service form...they will not contact you. Also I saw the Anderson transport truck with a customer boat at the boat launch the other day. They made about 5 backup attempts to get the boat in the water. Some "professionals". Also they claim to be a Yamaha certified dealer or whatever. Yet when I asked for an oil drain plug gasket for a Yamaha they looked at me crazy and told me it didn't need one at all. Which is not true because mine certainly takes one and I got the correct part from club royale.

Really not much to say. The pegboard was pretty empty. Not much in stock for shopping customers. There is the parts department. Everyone was friendly.
