With today’s economy, you’d think a brick and mortar store would be more welcoming to customers. We were greeted at the door with “we’re closing.” It was 20 minutes before the posted closing time and lights were already off. I guess we will take our business elsewhere.

Employees were all super nice and helpful, the store itself is amazing with a huge selection of guitars, amps, basses, drums, etc. It was really hard to decide between a Dean razorback or the Jackson flying V

I've purchased two of the PRS Signature series (Korean made) for around $700 and found them to be a great sounding and quality guitar with good action and tuning.
Yes, you can have it tuned, and they'll probably show you how to do it.

Yes. The more expensive guitars are behind a counter and you need to get an employee to help you out if you want to try one. The rest are out in the open to try.
I'm not sure, because if I want something used, I go to a pawn shop. Everything I buy at Motor City Guitar is always brand spanking new!
