I took my car here 5 months ago. They did such a bad job I had to take it to the dealership to have it done professionally. Someone just side swiped me again. Did this company get better since then?

I personally would not recommend this company. This is the worst business I've ever had to deal with.

Nope! I took my car in to get an estimate done for insurance. They did their part and sent the info to insurance and insurance deemed my car a loss. So, long story short I did my paper work and signed off my car to insurance and they paid for the storage fees. When the tow company came to pick up my car, they refused to release my car and kept it hostage for another week and a half to try to make more money off my car for storage fees. It got so bad that the CEO of the insurance company had to get involved. So, it delayed payment for me to get another car and payment for the loan company and etc. It was a hot mess. So, no, I wouldn't suggest taking your car back to them.
