Are you on Oregon Health Plan. I have a friend who is OHP. She tried getting on Salem Clinic but they only take a limited number of patients who are OHP. You might try the Dr.s Clinic. I hear that they are taking new patients.

It could be that they are not expecting for that provider or for a particular insurance.
