There is both main floor and balcony seating, but in my opinion the main floor is worthless. The stand up area in front of the stage forces people in most seats to also stand if they want to actually see the show. Started up front, but quickly moved to balcony, went straight there the second time.

Varied. I saw Trombone Shorty there and it was all seated. But when I saw Pennywise there this week, they removed the first twenty or so feet of seats. Once the pit really got started, everyone down below really had to stand if they wanted to see the show unless they were in the way back. Upstairs everyone is seated (and can actually use the seats and see the show).

Ive been to a few shows where the floor had rows of seating. Seems it may depend in the show
