What is the parking situation here?

On their website: "PARKING & PUBLIC TRANSIT We have a parking lot South of the building and parking is $5 per space on nights of shows.  Please pay with attendant.  PUBLIC PARKING IS VERY LIMITED.  Please bike or use public transportation to get to Revolution Hall. We are within ONE BLOCK of TriMet bus lines 70 & 15, and 5 blocks from lines 12, 29, and 20. I parked a few blocks away from the hall & walked.

There is a lot on the south end of the building. It fills up early. Only about 50 spots. Some street parking.
