I agree with Sandra⬆ Although if you brought it, you could tow it to Tillamook (about 30 mins) and maybe ride on the beach there..... However I'm not sure of beach/go kart rules.....
No you can not and to be honest you wouldn't want to because you would ruin you kart... There is NOWHERE here that is paved or smooth. The terrain is 4x4 suitable and has to have an OHV sticker and they won't issue one to that type of vehicle. And to be honest some of those heels and Corners you would probably get run over by one of the four wheel drives me over so low to the ground on a cart I hope that helps you and good luck to you
