I stay in an association community where they do not allow pittbulls.Im trying to ammend a new bylaw that allow ittbulls and any non vicious dogs can reside in the community. Where can i get a letter of evaluation to state that my dog is not vicious.

I am not sure if you can get that from them or not. It would be best to call in the 11am range after the morning check-ins then you would get a chance to talk with some who could help you with that if they do it.

Such a good question! It's several cities in Florida pit bulls are just completely outlawed I'm not sure we are one of those cities. To be honest if you can't get what you need from the SPCA, try maybe City Hall. I'm not overly sure but if I can do anything to help let me know and please let me know the outcome thank you good luck
