You can play with the animals by just walking in, specifically the cats to left of entrance. If you want to volunteer it's great but not required.
You've got to sign up on their Website in order to become a volunteer.
You can go inside, and i think play with them. They have a huge outside room that's inclosed for the cats with furniture, and cat toys.
