If her situation is as dire as your post sounds, odds are any shelter is going to do the humane thing for her and put her to sleep. I know that is hard, I recently had to make that decision for my boy, who I loved dearly. The best thing in my opinion would be to contact the aspca and see if they can help you. I'm so sorry you have this going on in your life. They touch us so deeply and it is heartbreaking that they only live such a short time. My thoughts are with you.
Yeah you could take her to the shelter but I will say this, especially animals services, if she is old and sick then they will probably put her down.
Yes
Yes take her there, they will take her.
Sorry for your situation. I agree with Kayla. Maybe your vet can find her a home. If not than shelter, but I suggest the ASPCA off Starkey Rd. Hope all goes well.
Sorry for your situation..but sometimes it is best to go to your vet and put them to sleep...to go to a shelter or another home can be very stressful for the animals and you gave a responsibility when you get a pet...an that is ALSO when you have to go the hard way and put it down...if you can't do that when your pet is old and sick...then you shouldn't had it in the first place...Sorry for the hard word's but I see it all the time ...that people take it to a place and let THEM put it down...the animal is scared and insecure because it is people it don't know...BE RESPONSIBLE TO YOUR PET
Thankyou everyone it breaks my heart I'm trying to get someone who adopt her before I do anything else it's so hard to let her go..
