Yes, they have loaner traps. Also, a catch (feral cats only now), spay/neuter, clip ear (to know whose been fixed), and release from where they came from, program.

Agreed. They may have another department like animal control. I would first tell them you are concerned for their safety. 😃. FB has many rescue groups that could help as well.

That's something that you would have to contact them about. Normally, they're the ones that set the traps.
