They responded quickly to my cat's nose bleed and sent him to the ER. Thank you. He is fine now.

I came in here to get my dog’s nails clipped because in Orlando at the Petsmart there they refused him and said he needed to go to the vet! This was understandable because he can be aggressive. I come back home to this location and it’s 7:30 am and the front desk lady was really questioning me if my dog was actually aggressive and giving me an attitude. Rude lady. Arlene the nurse then deals with my dog with Dr. King and they’re able to cut his nails without sedation with a muzzle. All good he comes out and she is holding him and he’s not being aggressive or anything. Great! Then I get lectured by Arlene about his behavior and how I need to take him to a behavior specialist. First of all, I didn’t ask and I didn’t deserve to be judged. I am a college student with limited funds, second, my dog was aggressive when I got him from the pound and 3rd he is 12 years old. I take my dog for his required checkups and he has his vaccinations. My dog cooperated with getting his nails cut so just do you job and move on. I do not deserve to be judged and talked to passive aggressively when you just met my dog today. She said the problem is that he is protective over you. No you just met my dog today. The service here was overall terrible. Learn to be more understanding of situations and don’t speak to me like you’ve known my dog or question me if he’s actually aggressive when I say he is (the lady at the front desk).

This Banfield is the best location I've ever visited. From Kelly's friendly welcome at the front desk to Dr. Piedt, I couldn't ask for better care for my fur babies. I make sure to always recommend them to anyone with pets. Thank you for everything you do!

Dr. Vega is so great. He explained everything about my dog Mochas appointment in detail, and was patient with all of my questions. He's knowledgeable and has the patients best interests in mind. Definitely makes up for not being able to have an in room appointment!

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?

Banfield Pet Hospital | Aug 17, 2020

Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
