Hi there! Well, we could probably give you an estimate, sure, but the best way to know is to visit a veterinarian. We have a veterinarian service that is at the store every 2 weeks, they were just here Saturday 8/4, so they should be back Saturday 8/18 (they have other locations they visit as well, if you're on Facebook check out our Events calendar, a link to their website is there I believe). They do health checkups, vaccinations, everything to make you eligible for Hillsborough County registration tags, and give prescriptions for fleas, heartworms, etc. We have some vaccinations and flea meds available in the store as well, but the rabies shot, and any testing for worms and such, have to be done by a veterinarian. Hope that helps!
If the pup is only three weeks old it should still be with the mother nursing. If it is possibly 5 or 6 weeks old I would sure get it to a vet asap. The Humane Society of Tampa Bay has a reduced cost clinic. If a puppy gets something like parvo it can easily be life threatening.
They once had a Vet come like 4th Saturday to this establishment for free. They told me how old my Bella was at the time. Not sure if they still offer the service but call and check
If you go there they should be able to tell you
