Unfortunately I'm only about 2 months in to my 1 year plan with them...In hindsight I would 100% go elsewhere - the puppy plan they offer sounds good and inclusive but ultimately they are VERY unreliable. Almost every time i try to call them to leverage the free telehealth included in the plan i have to call 10 - 20 times before i get through and i have NEVER had a voicemail returned. Also just had an appointment cancelled by them the day of and have been trying to reschedule for the last 2 days and have yet to be able to get through to someone. Definitely looks like a money first, pets second setup.

Absolutely horrible animal hospital. I had a 9am appointment and they didn't even see my pet until 4pm. They left him trapped in a tiny cage for an entire day. They obviously care more about cramming in as many clients as possible to make money than about the animals they care for. If you care about your pet, go somewhere else.

every time we bring our dog into banfield it is a good experience. the staff is very helpful and Dr. Sarria/team always take time to explain any issues & treatment options. the membership plan is a great value for a new pet owner because of the unlimited office visits and discount on just about everything. you'll also have access to a helpful online portal for questions and scheduling. huge bonus that banfield is inside of petsmart so you can get anything you need while there!

Just helped my daughter take my furry gkid JEWELY 🐈to get checked out....it was the most pleasant experience. My daughter has had Jewely for 17 (human)years, so she is an older kitty but still got some spunk in her. This location added Jewely 🐈same day and took very good care of her and relieved Jewely medical issue(constipation) for an older kitty it's a little painful. I highly recommend this location and we are so happy Jewely🐈 is feeling better.

You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?

Banfield Pet Hospital | Aug 16, 2020
Banfield Pet Hospital | Aug 16, 2020

Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
