I don't believe they take appointments for shots, vet visits, etc. First come, first served. While you're at a vet visit and it's determined that your animal need a teeth cleaning, oral surgery, or something similar, they will make an appointment for that at that time since they do certain procedures only on certain days. It's also difficult to call there and have them answer the phone. You have to leave a message and expect a call back hours later.
Unfortunately when one of the doctors is out of town and they will not write scripts that have already been prescribed for your pets left me in a big predicament the day before I was leaving for Mexico.
They have walk ins until 2pm. Yes they do shots. Calling after 10 or after 1pm you can usually get through.
