Louie was warm and sweet and "drew me in", but girls at reception were cold and profit oriented. I understand that my dog needed a 3rd booster, however the girl was not even nice to my dog! Didnt acknowledge her, say hello, or anything! Gave me a contract to complete " if I come back"? Whoever she is, she thankfully led me away ftomvRoysl Pets and towards a much warmer and nes puppy focused environment. Things happen for a reason, but you lost a customer with your employee's lousy entitled attitude.

My Snowshoe Siamese "Truffle" stayed there for 5 days. I hated to leave him. But he received the best care...they sent me photos everyday. He was comfortable and well cared for. I would use this establishment again. Competetive rates.. Thank you to the fabulous staff at the Royal Pets hotel! And congrats to Management for choosing these excellent employees!

2 stars because they sell the dog food that we like. (Taste of the wild and Fromm) Ever since after covid, it’s just been going getting kind of worse and worse. 10am open, 7pm close for the market hours… never open before work, and can barely make it after work. What’s the point? I can’t be alone with absolutely hating these market hours. The last 3 times I’ve had to go to another pet store to get my supplies and food. Secondly, the prices are over priced for all grooming services, plus the tip, things add up way too quick. I get it, inflation is happening in this area, but the prices have been higher than competition since it opened 3+ years ago. Lastly, the turn over rate is a bit wild. Every couple months is a new face. Yes, covid hit everyone ruff (pun indented), but there’s gotta be a reason why people are joining and leaving… We were super excited when the store opened in the area, now it’s just more of a disappointment. Hoping things get better.

Beautiful puppy resort, outstanding customer service from Josh, and professional team took care of me and my furbaby.
