It is better to make an appointment. They get very busy.
I made an appointment and it's probably better to do that so you know you'll get waited on. Their office is very busy.
It is both, sometimes they are not busy depending on the time. However if you can make an appointment. They are great though and they have a side for small dogs and big dogs.
