Yes, I just went yesterday with the whole family. You are allowed to take bottled water. You can take a small cooler of bottled water, but that is all. No other drinks from anywhere else, you have to buy them from their food stand. You can even get DISCOUNTED tickets from the Rehoboth Beach.Fire Company during the week.
