After driving from NY to MD and back to DE, Hampton Inn, Was my place to be for a good night sleep. The lobby was a live and vibrant, the aquarium is a nice touch to the lobby, lovely wall paint and decorations. So clean and quiet , my check in was super fast. The staffs are polite and friendly. My room was so cold, after the shower, i slept like a baby on a mattress that felt brand new to me, firm and sturdy the way I like it. Their breakfast, gym, pool and game room is cool to visit when you’re not in the mood to leave the INN.

The front desk team member could not have been nicer! The room was clean, stylish and large. The pool is smallish but very well maintained. There was a very good selection for the complimentary breakfast. It was a great stay!

What a wonderful, comfortable, inviting hotel. The first night we were here, they had live music with wine and snacks. And, it is very well maintained and clean. The staff are wonderful…we couldn’t ask for any better.

I was not able to check in, so my girlfriend did. She was an added guest so no problem. Instead of letting her keep it on my card they told her to give them a card for incidentals. I don't know enough to know if that is a thing but I travel for work all the time and they keep it on the registered card all the time. Not only this she needed a late checkout, she called the front desk multiple times, no answer. So I called from where I was, I had to leave early for work, and I had to let it ring for 10 to 15 minutes before I even got an answer. I know they can be busy but this added to the frustration. She only got a half hour late checkout, they were booked on that Saturday which is fine. But, theaid came to the room as she was trying to gather her things at 1110 and was very rude to her about having a half hour. The maid told her "I don't believe you". Maybe not their best moment but I know I won't go back ever.

The hotel does not have a shuttle. However, local bus going to the beach leaves literally from the front of the hotel, and, if I remember correctly, costs only $2/person. Be careful on the way back, as the two nearby drop off bus stops are not very far from the hotel, but crossing the road to get to the hotel can be tricky, as i don't remember finding any proper crosswalks near the bus stop we got out at.
Daily is better
Depends on when in season. Summer well more time Winter less time. Mornings from Hampton have to consider High School and people going to work. 5-15 mins seems to work
