The front desk staff was horrible. The room was cleaned but overall not that great. We found a roach crawling out of the ceiling tile the first night. Someone punched a hole in the bathroom door and they just shoved a handful of spackle in it. Didn't smooth it out or sand it. The only positive part is the access to the beach area and it's walking distance to the cracker barrel.

The worst choice I've ever made. This hotel is old and seems to be put together by someone in a rush to receive payment. It's very overpriced and not worth it's value. Walls are extremely thin and you will hear the conversation of the individuals on either side of our room. The continental breakfast offered doesn't come close to the price of what I paid. Luckily I brought some disinfectant spray to sanitize all areas of the room. I'm only talking about our stay, but if you choose this hotel please do your homework.

Positive: The cleaning staff was very friendly and nice even if they move kind of slow. The room itself was okay but the bathroom is way too small. The cleanliness was okay by me. The free breakfast is all carbs but I enjoyed it. Negative: I didn't like 2 of the front desk people. The others were really nice and helpful, though. I was screamed at and threatened to be thrown out if hotel cause they were accusing me of smoking in my room which I wasn't and hadn't. Very rude.

Rooms are usually affordable but may have elements in need of repair. In my room, the refrigerator was not working. One elevator is out of service but a second is operational. There is a basic cold breakfast included. The pool is open and included at no extra charge, and is thoroughly refreshing on a hot day.
