Booked through booking.com. The location was great and initially it was pretty. Our room sink started leaking, a lot. All over the floor and shelves. Maintenance came at 945pm to repair. They didn’t have parts but fixed it to a “slow leak” and said they’d be back the next day. He called off the next day, so not fixed. Third day, still not fixed. Our keycards had to be swapped out 2-4 times a day because they wouldn’t work. The doorknob on our bathroom wasn’t attached. My fiancé, mother and children got locked into the pool space (thankfully they didn’t notice, but it took the staff a long time to figure it out). The chlorine was SO bad my girls and moms skin and eyes are SO irritated and the staff even had to open the pool doors for circulation. Nothing was terrible, but it was a lot of little inconveniences that made it frustrating. Cyndi at the front desk was SO accommodating and friendly. She is the only reason I’m even leaving 2 stars. Won’t stay again though.

staff was friendly and helpful. room was quiet and relaxing. lots of restaurants within walking distance but everything could’ve been a lot cleaner. our plumbing wasn’t great, the toilet stopped working halfway through the week. the shower head base wasn’t attached to the wall. oh, and we found a roach the morning we checked out.

The girl at the front desk was very pleasant. Once we started walking down the hall to our room I knew we were in trouble. There was a strong stench, our room was very outdated, carpet has tears, smoke alarm was missing, brown stuff on the wall above the sofa, lumpy pillows, toilet leaked every time we flushed, just felt gross being in there. Online photos were very misleading. We did enjoy the jacuzzi tub but even that had some type of black mold where it needs to be caulked at and couldn’t get the water to drain. The cleaning gals were very loud outside our door talking before we were even up. Breakfast was a joke.. packaged muffins and granola bars not even any juice. I wouldn’t suggest this hotel as a stay. Hopefully they remodel in the near future.

We booked this hotel on a random weekend in February. The price was decent, however, this was not the best stay. The girl at the counter was far from friendly and less than helpful. She seemed annoyed we were there. The hotel was under construction during our stay which was not disclosed to us at the time we booked. While we understood this is the off season, construction continued past 6 pm and was very annoying. The jacuzzi tube was barely big enough for a small child. Not even big enough to stretch your legs out. There was a terrible odor through out, possibly dead fish, which was overwhelming. The pull out sofa, while a great thing for families, was full of dirt when opened. The toilet was not attached to the floor and was dangerous to sit on. The walls are thin and you can hear the neighbors TV when ever it is on. Probably would not stay here again.
