It's 19 minutes from ROHEBETH Beach and 5 minutes from Dewey Beach and 2 minutes to the TANGER Prime Outlet . Overall a good deal if on a budget and if uou are not worried about walking to the beach with Tons of things to do around this location . We enjoyed our stay .

Overall good and clean. Centrally located between the beaches and directly in the middle of the shopping areas with lots to do. 2 min from beach access. Favorably priced and maintained well.

Positive: The staff members were wonderful! The front desk people were very friendly and helpful. I left my purse in the breakfast room and they retrieved it and promptly called to let me know they had it. Negative: The AC in my room was very loud and I'm not sure it was working properly. Also, our curtains wouldn't close, and the room overlooked a big shopping center parking lot with a grocery store. I was afraid people in the parking lot could see us.

Positive: Clean, comfortable, and spacious room, close to the outlets, beach, and restaurants. Negative: The drapes in the room are decorative but not functional, i.e. they didn¿t close all the way. The lights from the grocery store parking lot kept our room lit up all night.
