I would give this zero stars if I could. If you want to join a gym in rehoboth, just go to Rise. Better atmosphere and better equipment. I signed up for a year membership here and wanted to cancel because I no longer worked or lived close to the gym. Over the span of several months I called 10-15 different times both the local gym and corporate. I was told to send certified mail, which costs money, requesting to cancel, which I did TWICE. I never heard back and no one was ever able to cancel until AFTER they had charged me a second annual fee which they refuse to refund. This place is a scam, if you sign a contract with them you’ll never get out of it and you’ll never see that money again. Do yourself a favor and don’t bother. Manager was rude as well.

Best place around as far as equipment. Worst as far as temperature. For some reason the owner/management insist on keeping it freezing cold to the point of being miserable/uncomfortable no matter how many people don’t like it and the vast majority don’t. Cold is for recovery not training. Have had several muscle pulls and have never had that problem in gyms before. Music is way too loud too. 90% plus wear ear buds and you basically hear 2 songs in your head unless you wear the big over the ear noise canceling headphones. And once again peoples opinions don’t seem to matter. Could easily get 5 stars with a few changes

Unbelievable. These people charged my bank account AFTER i changed my payment info to a new account and will do nothing to rectify this. A scam and a joke. Do not go to this gym!!! They'll lock you in with an awful contract and then charge payment methods they shouldnt have on file just to get money from you. My bank went negative I want my money and the overdraft fee you people caused back. I want someone to contact me and cancel my membership NOW.

Fantastic gym ☺️☺️☺️My trainer really helped me when we met. She pushes and drives you and doesn’t give up on you and the fact that this gym does that is amazing. They know how to be there for their customers and it always has a family vibe every time you enter the building. I love walking in feeling welcomed and cared for when I am here. I never give up on myself anywhere ever since I started with my trainer and this gym. Solid company and wonderful people and customer service keep up the good work guys.
