i previously deleted my review but after another recent experience, there is no sense of urgency at this office. i spent many years here and more than anything, the number of times i urgently needed to speak to a provider or at least have my message delivered to them for medication vital to my functioning only to receive no confirmation back was astounding. i at a time spent a full week calling, and when i finally got a hold of my treatment provider myself she apologized as no one ever told her i was calling. when i was discharged from the office, they refused to refill my medications and i had to visit the ER, who were just as shocked as me i was left out to dry. my discharge was justified, but to cut me off without anything to survive on was appalling. i was on the highest dosage for one of my two medications and the withdrawal was horrific. i recently started looking to get back into therapy and decided to try this office again, but i faced the same situation as before; i called more than once and no one had any record of my phone calls nor did they know who i spoke to. it was so frustrating i just decided to go with private practice instead even though i knew it would cost me more.

Never answer the phones or call back. Always run at least 20 mins late when it comes to taking you back for your appt. . no late hours to accommodate working schedules. Only good thing is my therapist herself she is great. My counselor is also great. EDIT: They have gotten better since they moved locations

Getting mental health treatment isn't an easy decision, but sometimes it's the right one. We've been going to a psychiatrist at St Luke's Behavioral for about 7 years and she is amazing. Through the years she has been compassionate, a great listener and has gotten my son stabilized. While there have been ups and downs through the teenage years, she has always been there for us. He is now 20 yrs old and has a great job he absolutely loves, is in a realationship and is saving for a house. She listened to my son and always allowed us as parents to weigh in. I am so grateful for all the kindness, support and expertise she has provided over the years.
