This is a nice studio, the person that worked the front desk that greeted us was very nice as well. The photographer who took the pictures was very nice as well took his time with my son didnt feel rushed at all. The only downfall is they dont go over prices with you. You have to wait for the proofs to come back in a week. Other places they advertise the prices or specials but not here. The person at the front desk advised they can from from$70-600. They jave really nice backgroubds for photos. I also like that they have a dressing room for outfit changes and give you a key so your stuff is safe as well. The place looks dark on the outside like they are closed but not. The street is very dark in the evening there hardly isnt lightd almost missed the building.

They came to the school for my sons senior pictures and then we had to go to the studio for a retake of the yearbook photos and every time the photographer was very professional and friendly.

We had a GREAT experience with Christmas City Studios during our son's senior year. Thank you to the truly WONDERFUL and PROFESSIONAL photographers who photographed our son at the studio (Kartal) and at Liberty High School (Cory). Both photographers were top-notch!

Hi Sherry. Thanks for your message. You have a few options. You may order online through your child's private online gallery, or you may order with a studio representative by phone or in person. Typically we schedule appointments for studio orders, even if by phone, so we have someone with time reserved just for you. But if you already had an order, and you're just reordering a few individual prints from an image already ordered and edited, let our customer service team know when you call you'd just like to place a quick reorder, and Matt said that was ok. Some of our team is working remotely at the moment and might not have access to what they need to take your order at the exact moment. That said, they can have someone contact you back shortly thereafter to take a quick reorder. If you know you've got a bunch of questions or options to discuss, then it is best to schedule an appointment to meet or for a phone call to take your order. 610-691-2109.
I would call studio. I've had to call several times and they always helped. They also call back, so if you leave a message don't get discouraged.
Hi Kristin. We had 2 separate days at Sixth Grade Center this year that compromised the normal Picture Day for your campus. October 19th, and October 23rd. We were able to begin processing everything from both days on Saturday October 24th once both days were completed. Based on our status notes for the job here, packages were shipped Friday 11/13/20. So you should be receiving them very shortly. They will have login information included for how you can view them online if you haven't ordered or have the need to order more. Thanks for your question. Have a great day.
Generally speaking, we'll deliver an entire campus 3-4 weeks after picture day. Delivery to the school is likely for sometime the week of October 28th.
Typically 5 years for portraits, 3 years for event images.
Typically 1-2 weeks for a Spring Picture order from an online gallery.
Order form proofs of the images are typically sent out 1 week after the event. From the time you submit an order form to us, prints are typically completed within 2-3 weeks.
Hi Dawn, yes you can. If you haven't already, please contact Linda in our customer service department, and we'd be glad to help you replace those.
9am - 9pm Monday - Friday and 9am - 5pm Saturday but they have other hours seasonally.
We weren't given even a customer number! Just took his picture and that was it. The photographer was awesome. This is my 3rd kid,but first time at Nazareth. I even remember my senior pictures. We were given info as well as a proof page or proofs. Not here though. I think we missed a step.
