Where in Vancouver can I redem my bottles ? What do I do with all the bottles I all ready have

If you are recycling cans by the pound it takes 16 12oz cans to make one pound. Any can without a deposit should be crushed and saved til you have enough to make the trip to the scrap yard worth it.

There isn't any Washington return sites. Washington cans and bottles are supposed to go to recycling only, not returned for deposit. Washington doesn't have a bottle deposit program. You can return Oregon purchased bottles and cans to one of the Oregon locations.
